It is approved for relapsed or refractory CD30‑positive Hodgkin’s lymphoma and is used in combination regimens for newly diagnosed advanced Hodgkin’s disease and CD30‑positive peripheral T‑cell lymphomas.
- CemadotinCemadotin is a synthetic analogue of the marine peptide dolastatin‑15 belonging to the antimitotic peptide class. Developed as an investigational anticancer agent, it has been evaluated in early‑phase clinical trials for solid tumours and is also used as a model cytotoxic payload in antibody‑drug conjugate (ADC) research. The compound is administered intravenously as a continuous infusion and acts by interfering with microtubule dynamics during cell division.
- Disitamab vedotinDisitamab vedotin (Aidixi®, RC48) is an antibody‑drug conjugate that targets the human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2). It is approved in China for HER2‑positive locally advanced or metastatic gastric cancer and is being investigated in other HER2‑expressing solid tumours, including breast, urothelial and biliary tract cancers. The drug consists of a HER2‑directed monoclonal antibody linked to the cytotoxic payload monomethyl auristatin E, and is administered intravenously on a bi‑weekly schedule.
- Tisotumab vedotinTisotumab vedotin (brand name Tivdak) is an antibody‑drug conjugate approved for intravenous use in adults with recurrent or metastatic cervical cancer that has progressed after prior systemic therapy. The drug combines a monoclonal antibody that binds tissue factor, a protein over‑expressed on many solid tumours, with a cytotoxic payload that kills the targeted cancer cells. It is given as an infusion every three weeks and is intended to improve survival and tumour response where standard chemotherapy offers limited benefit.
